Searching for Tomorrow's Stock Market Winners Today

Joy Global (JOY) is a great buying opportunity right now for investors who can sit on the stock. I’ll buy it for the Growth Portfolio today.

I’m watching Francescas Holdings (FRAN) every day. I want to buy the stock, it just doesn’t give me a reason too. Here’s what I mean…

2012 has been a great year for our clients. The Growth Portfolio is up 31% through the first quarter of the year. The more concentrated Aggressive Growth Portfolio grew 35% in Q1.

Could a retail stock be worth 50 times earnings? Well Lululemon Athletica (LULU) might be worth it. LULU’s got great momentum right now.

Ok, this makes no sense. Salesforce.com (CRM) just bolted from $100 to $150. Now the stock has a P/E of 111. Yes, one hundred and eleven.

Accretive Health (AH) closed at $24 yesterday and is $20 at the open due to news of a revenue shortfall. To me this wasn’t a surprise.

The market’s been on a tear, and I’m going to build cash while I can. Today I’ll sell F5 Networks (FFIV) and VMware (VMW) from the Growth Portfolio.

Body Central (BODY) didn’t stock the right clothes for Spring, thus profits will be light the next 2 quarters. I’ll sell BODY from the Aggressive Growth Portfolio.

Herbalife’s (HLF) on a roll becasue the company keeps beating the street. It needs to continue that, because estimates aren’t so hot.

Priceline.com (PCLN) has shot from $475 to $640 this year. That’s a big time move. Here’s where I think the stock is going next.

SodaStream (SODA) has taken it on the chin this month. The reason is the company forecasted revenue growth of only 30% the second half of the year. 30% isn’t as good as 40%, but its better than 20%.

Weight Watchers (WTW) is scoring big with its new Points Plus program, but online sales are really where the company is making the money.
